Warranty and Return Policy

Return Policy:

14-Day Hassle-Free Non-Apparel Returns:

Customers are entitled to return any unused Eenox products in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. To initiate a return, please notify us through our online return form or contact us via email or phone, providing essential details such as the receipt or order number.

Return Shipping:

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the items delivered are defective. In the case of defects, Eenox will cover the cost of replacements along with all associated shipping costs.

Return Confirmation:

Upon receiving the returned product and completing a thorough inspection, we will promptly process the refund as long as the product is unused and in its original condition.

Authorized Reseller Returns:

Returns for purchases from a retailer must be returned back to the retail shop where they will honor the return within 14 days of the date of purchase as long as the products are unused and in their original packaging. Only purchases from retailers listed in our retailer directory will honor this agreement.

Unauthorized Reseller Returns:

Returns will not be accepted from unauthorized resellers, including but not limited to eBay, Alibaba, or other third-party platforms.

Apparel Returns:

Customers are entitled to return any damaged or defective apparel items within 14 of receiving them. We will cover all costs associated with shipping the apparel back to us and providing you with a replacement. Apparel items not damaged or defective are not eligible for replacements or returns.

Return Requests

To request a return for purchases made through the website, contact us at support@eenoxsports.com, providing a copy of your receipt and a description of the issue. We will provide you with an RMA number (return material authorization) and a return shipping address. Please ship the bearing back to the address we provide you along with the RMA number. Be sure to include the RMA number with the return. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

 

Enduring Performance Warranty Program:

Eenox Enduring Performance Warranty for Bicycle Bearings:

Eenox bearings are covered by a 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the original date of purchase. This warranty spans three years, contingent on annual bearing service.

Eenox Enduring Performance Warranty for Skateboard and Inline Skate Bearings:

Eenox bearings are covered by a 120 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the original date of purchase.

Valid for Original Owners:

The warranty is applicable only to the original owner and requires a proof-of-purchase receipt.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Products with evidence of tampering, modification, or neglect.
  • Misused products.
  • Products lacking proper maintenance.
  • Corrosion of non-stainless steel and non-SP steel products.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage from crashes, impacts, or improper installation/reinstallation.
  • Use outside of the intended purpose.
  • Second-hand purchases and purchases through unauthorized resellers.

Voided Warranty:

Improper installation or non-compliance with specified guidelines will void the warranty.

Return Shipping:

Please be advised that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Upon the receipt of your returned bearings and the completion of our thorough inspection process, a replacement bearing will be promptly dispatched to you at no additional cost. We are dedicated to ensuring the enduring performance of our products and strive to make this process as seamless as possible for you. In the event that the returned bearing falls outside the coverage of our Enduring Performance Warranty, rest assured that we are here to assist you.

While we are more than willing to reship the bearings back to you, kindly note that the associated shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Filing a Warranty Claim:
