Shipping Rates & Options:

  • Orders Under $40 (US): Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs. Shipping rates are dynamically calculated based on the shipping address and will be displayed during checkout.

  • Orders Over $40 (US): We offer free standard economy shipping for orders exceeding $40, applicable to all US states including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Expedited Shipping (US): Expedited shipping options are available for all US orders at the expense of the customer, regardless of order value.

  • International Orders: Currently, international orders do not qualify for free shipping. International customers will see their shipping costs during checkout and can choose their preferred shipping option at their own expense.

Shipping Schedule:

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12 PM PST will be processed and ready to ship on the same business day. Please note that this does not guarantee same-day pickup by the carrier. If the carrier cannot pick up the order on time, it will be shipped the following business day.

  • Orders After 12 PM: Orders received after 12 PM PST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

  • Standard Shipping (US Domestic): Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (US Domestic): Most orders arrive within 2-3 business days.

B2B/Wholesale Orders:

  • Standard Lead Time: The standard service level agreement (SLA) for B2B or wholesale orders is 4 business days.

  • Order Timing: For orders received before 12 PM PST, the 4-day processing period begins on the same business day. For orders received after 12 PM PST, the processing period begins on the next business day.

  • Tracking and Freight: Tracking information or freight scheduling details will be provided by the end of the 4th business day.

General Shipping Information:

  • We strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped efficiently. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping option selected.

  • All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that an item is not available at the time of shipping, we will notify you and adjust the shipping schedule accordingly.
